The truth is that moth balls are a waste of time and money when you are trying to control nuisance animals. Moth balls were designed to be fumigants for cloth-eating insects. This job is what the chemical was designed for and is what it does well. Moth balls were not created to repel any animal that crosses paths with the white substance.
